Course Costs

Commercial Licence

The long line course is included in the commercial course. I also include 10 hours of mountain flying in the commercial course, although due to our location all our flying is in the mountains. The 10 hours of mountain flying is done at altitudes above 6000 feet.

Books $ 300.00
100 flt hours JetRanger @ $725.00/hr $ 72,500.00
Total $ 73,700.00

Fees payable to Transport Canada
Written test fee $105.00
Flight test fee $200.00
Licence fee $ 80.00

Total payable to Transport Canada $285.00

Private Licence

The Course cost will break down as follows:

Ground school $ 450.00
Books $ 300.00
45 flt hours JetRanger @ $725.00/hr $ 32,625.00
Total $ 33,375.00
